okay i know that this pattern does not look like WTBA Paris but the reaction is extremely similar. The ball will start moving early but the oil in the backend will usually keep the ball under control.

You want me to make it longer? I will if you want.

EDIT: Without further ado....Upon coasterlover's request (informal) I introduce:

The longest sport shot (that is still moderately playable):

Well Leaguebowler101, that got me thinking, so I just redid all of my patterns. I tested them out, and I must say, they are MUCH more realistic than v2.0. So withuot further ado:

Update- This weekend I decided to play on your flat pattern. I feel that I improved somewhat. Although I did not reach my high score on this pattern, I had only one game under 200, which was 179. My high game for this weekend on the pattern was 223. I am very satisfied with my performance. I played plenty of games. :D

ALJbowler163, what line do you like to play on this pattern? I have been playing straight up 13, with half-max ball speed. :)

I apologize if I confused anyone, because I did not mean straight like a spare shot. I meant down-and-in straight with a medium hook into the pocket. I wasn't taking the oil pattern out of play, and I don't plan on doing so in the future on any oil pattern. Don't worry about that. ;)

It seems to me like your oil patterns tend to break down. Is that true? I've noticed that in my Bowling Evolution 1.10 computer game, the oil seems to push down the lane (like throwing plastic balls in real life), but not break down. In fact, the oil seems to reset its viscosity on the line I was playing every new game. Is there something wrong with my game's programming, or was that the programmers' intention? :( I would love for the lane condition to break down little by little.

Interesting. Hmm... Would you have gotten DOA's if you played a tighter line with more ball speed? I haven't been getting them with the ways I play that pattern. I have used a few different bowling balls for that type of strategy I mentioned. I used a Track Power Machine, a Columbia 300 Rock Pearl, and a Track Rising SE for the pattern.

Bowler: Carlton Thomas
Average: 201 High Game: 284
Ball: Lane#1 Blue Death Massacre
(For Right Handers ONLY!)

I created an oil pattern that may have never been introduced to bowling evolution, pba tour or in all of bowling. This pattern is so unbelievable, check this out, this pattern allows you have a very large room for error. If you play the 3rd arrow on the right standing on board 25 (lined with 3rd arrow from the left), the ball will glide through the heads then make sharp angular motion to the pocket, after gliding about 39 ft (90% chance). If you throw the ball slightly left of the 15th board, that's where the medium to heavy oil is, it will glide for 40 ft, and when it hits the dry part is hooks slightly to or near the pocket, and is common to get brooklyn strikes. Very cool.

Requirements/Warnings:

1. The friction must be 100%, and the length can be 0% to 1%.
2. Do not stand to far right, or your ball will go in the way left an miss the pocket every time.
3. If you stand to far left your ball will slide longer, which results in missing the pocket.
4. If you want to play with the gutter, Do not throw over the 2nd arrow.

Thanks BE ;)

Oh dear! You can either cross the field or stay coward on the sides, but it does strikes hard if you do the right thing... Play with care, even with those shark-balls out there!

Once again, let your arsenal thunder the lanes, but you gotta watch your back, or else someone will get hurt...

As the war was going on with both side neither proceed any closer to victory, one man stood up among them, with his glowing eyes and bushy beard, it was clear that this man was about to make the final blow to his opponent, but on which side did he fought for, this General McLee?

Have fun! 8)
